Lisa Woods Munger

For over three decades, Lisa has practiced in the fields of environmental law, antitrust law, land use litigation and commercial litigation.

In environmental matters, she represents businesses and landowners in litigation, permitting and compliance programs. Her experience in commercial litigation includes class actions, complex litigation, procurement hearings and administrative and civil land use proceedings. In competition laws, she represents businesses in the defense of civil litigation and criminal investigations.


Lisa was the editor of the Hawai‘i Environmental Law Handbook (3rd Edition), an important handbook designed to provide a guide to Hawaii’s environmental laws that affect the private sector, including businesses and real property owners.
