Goodsill Promotes Four New Partners

Goodsill has promoted Jennifer Chin, Maegan Ruggles, Christopher St. Sure, and Wayne Wagner to partner effective January 1, 2021.
Jennifer Chin [link to bio] joined the firm as a summer associate in 2012 and became an associate attorney in 2014. She concentrates her practice in the area of commercial real estate, with an emphasis on resort, commercial, and residential developments, sales and acquisitions of real property, commercial leasing, and land sales and subdivision registrations with federal and state regulatory agencies. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine School of Law and Scripps College. She clerked at the United States District Court for the Southern District of California for the Honorable Gonzalo P. Curiel.
Maegan Ruggles [link to bio] joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2017. She concentrates her practice in the areas of medical malpractice defense, health law and general personal injury law. She began her legal career as a legislative attorney before joining the private sector as a civil litigator. Maegan is a graduate of Loyola Law School and Texas Tech University.
Christopher St. Sure [link to bio] joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2018. He concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, real estate and business litigation, and debtor/creditor rights. Christopher is a graduate of the William S. Richardson School of Law and the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Wayne Wagner [link to bio] concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, including insurance coverage, federal class actions, construction defect, and appellate issues. Prior to graduating top of his class from the William S. Richardson School of Law in 2013, Wayne was a PhD. candidate at Columbia University in New York City. He has clerked at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for the Honorable Richard R. Clifton, at the United States District Court of Hawaiʻi, for the Honorable Susan Oki Mollway, and at the Hawaiʻi Supreme Court for Chief Justice, the Honorable Mark E. Recktenwald.
