Jennifer M. Yamanuha

Practicing law in Hawai‘i has given me the opportunity to work with a world-class clientele who do business both in the community and globally, alongside colleagues with wide-ranging local, mainland, and international experience.

Jennifer’s practice focuses on corporate law and technology transactions, including complex software licensing, intellectual property protection, information privacy compliance, and business entity structuring. She assists large and small clients throughout Hawai‘i, the U.S. mainland, and Japan in a variety of industries with a focus on the fintech (financial technology), hotel, retail and health care industries. Other areas in which she has advised are employment law, social media policy, trademark and copyright protection, and litigation defense.

Jennifer enjoys being connected to her cultural roots and serves as president of the Nago Club, a community organization that is part of the Hawai‘i United Okinawan Association.
