Kelly concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate, real estate and intellectual property law. She has experience in mergers and acquisitions and prosecution of trademarks at the state and federal level. Kelly graduated summa cum laude from the William S. Richardson School of Law in 2015. While attending law school, Kelly was a member of University of Hawai‘i Law Review, and was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for Real Property I & II, Criminal Procedure, Evidence, Torts, and Contracts II. In 2014 Kelly was awarded first place in the American Bar Association’s Real Property Trust & Estate Section Student Writing Competition. Kelly received her B.S. in environmental engineering from the University of Southern California in 2011 and is a 2007 graduate of Punahou School.
