Jordan M. Odo

The people of Hawai‘i have great pride in their communities and the kama‘aina who go on to do great things.

Jordan concentrates his practice in labor and employment law.

Prior to joining the firm, he externed for the National Labor Relations Board in Honolulu and served as a law clerk for the Oregon Department of Justice’s Trial Division, where he assisted in the defense of the State of Oregon in employment litigation. He has also externed for the Honorable Sabrina S. McKenna while she was at the Circuit Court of the First Circuit.


Born and raised in Honolulu, Jordan graduated from Roosevelt High School.

In 2014, he co-founded the Jordan & Cara Odo Scholarship Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to leadership development and college scholarships.

There’s no doubt that Jordan will go the extra mile for his clients, but he’ll also go 26.2 miles just for fun—Jordan has completed four marathons.
