Jennifer M. Yamanuha

Practicing law in Hawai‘i has given me the opportunity to work with a world-class clientele who do business both in the community and globally, alongside colleagues with wide-ranging local, mainland, and international experience.

Jennifer’s practice focuses on corporate and intellectual property law, including complex software licensing, e-commerce, privacy compliance and best practices, technology transactions and trade secret protection. She advises clients in a variety of industries with a focus on fintech (financial technology).

She has also advised and represented Hawai‘i and mainland/Japan-based employers particularly within the hotel, retail and health care industries on issues such as social media policy, information privacy, litigation defense and general employment law compliance.

Jennifer enjoys being connected to her cultural roots and serves as president of the Nago Club, a community organization that is part of the Hawai‘i United Okinawan Association.
