As a partner in Goodsill’s litigation group, Ed focuses his practice in the areas of insurance (coverage and defense), retail litigation, title insurance, public contracts, construction litigation, professional malpractice defense and first amendment law.
Ed also has extensive experience in bad faith litigation, appellate litigation and products liability.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
Ed teaches business law at Hawai‘i Pacific University, where he serves as an adjunct member of the faculty.
Ed loves to golf and has a goal of breaking 80 before the end of the decade. So here’s an old proverb that might help him: work on the short game.
